Purchase Price Statistics of Real Estates

The National Land Survey (NLS) maintains a register of real estate sales showing all conveyances including sales, exchanges, donations and contracts on partition an also precontracts on sale of real estate. A publication referred to as the Real estate purchase price statistics is based on the register. The publication is issued twice a year annual statistics of the previous year in spring and biannual statistics of the current year in September. The publication contains a wide range of different tables about the price of land yearly divided according to groups of provinces and municipalities.
