General government revenue and expenditure by quarter

The statistics describe quarterly data on the revenue and expenditure of general government. The statistics are derived statistics according to the national accounts, that is, statistics consistent with the national accounts derived from sector-specific basic statistics. The statistics were established to develop economic monitoring of general government for timely and reliable measuring of the public sector required by the EU's Stability and Growth Pact and the European Central Bank ECB.
